The medical insurance provided to employees and their family is good.

Dislikes

Pretty much everything about working in Worley Parsons is a compromise with your self-esteem. For starters, there are no career development programs or opportunities for professional growth. Nepotism runs thick as a company culture.Work life balance does not exist.Company management is racist where the color of skin is more important than work skills.Salary is worst among its peers (again color of skin comes into play here) in the location.Job security does not exist, the company hires and fires personnel at will.The only reason I am still with Worley Parsons is that due to the slow down in the Oil and Gas business there is no hiring and that working here is perhaps only slightly better than being unemployed....Read More

worley parsons abu dhabi was a good company, all benefits, salary, working conditions and others are satisfied to employee.

no chance to transfer to other project as management recommended to employee

satisfied as senior elec engr for supervising at site, submittal of reports, reviewed procedures, engg design and other docs. prior implementing works by contractor, acceptance for inspection, safety management.
