CRM or Biz employees feel that they are feeding all employees. CRMs not having skills to convince to customer in reverse putting pressure on delivery team.I never experienced these kind of CRMs through out my career. CRMs having ego especially Mr.Sharief Khan and Suchita. If Sharief and Suchita are your projects CRMs better look for job change and terrible CRMs I ever seen in IT industry.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
