I thank God for this wonderful question. I like to work World Vision Tanzania because is work of God helping people who are either tired for their life or they give up about basic need in their life. Secondly I like their team work from adminstration up to lo level of workers because I was work as field student for three month at Handeni _Tanga as data entry, I was very happy to worked that moment. To filling data of sponser who help some children about education, clothes, and money. Calculated the log book of vehicle trip, service and check the budget of fuel per week. Send the sponsor helpso or equipment to special target people.

I love christian atmosphere working with the love of God and team work with adaptation new technology and I like travel on country to country & learning to different cultural, Language. Enjoy work with Grass root refuge/migrated community, family and children's on needs.

Dislikes

The additional work pressure is very high so many time, w.v.i. not require Volunteer CBO is not to work without earning money because they also poor, community need time to changing life, but office & internal audit requirements is much pressure, like child sponsorship, finance and administrative extra.

Work Details

I stay on my toes by doing competitive studies on my own and following community, family & children development trends. It's OK, as long as I get to work closely with the community, Family & children's, It will be a my great learning experience.
