very horrible experience it was!!! i am HR head & using all platforms from last 9 years but suggest to never use work India. they focus only sales, nothing else.

they take money first, completed subscription, after that within 2 days put it on for KYC & asking for bank details submission, i already provided GST, TAN n all needed documents why i submit bank details? without payment they don't provide any access what's the manner to force for it. & if its mandatory complete KYC before taking money. later on, saying that its compulsory what's the sense. It has started to feel like the management has forgotten that the company is run by the employees. They will pay lakhs to outside consultants and won't give proper appraisals. The consultants will say the same thing that the internal employees are saying every day.

Many Manager like Guna Shekhar sir, Manudeep Sir, Dinesh Sir & TL like Vijay Kumar Patil Sir are there who are doing best, who behave polite with their employee yes I understand sometime they gets tempered because of their boss pressure but there are some shits who don't care about your skills, your dedication their are manager and OPS also.
