Incentive are not issued as promised... Manager will deduct incentives.. 9-9 work culture every day is a hustle. Manager will not leave you before 9pm if you are in zero. Good Data is assigned to the favorites only. Personally I feel any female should not join this company as work culture is not good. Male employees tries to approach & harass. I don't like the work culture, bad words are used they think that we are slave to them, no one bothers for work life balance, we forced to work on Sunday's as well. Incentive deduction on the name of less budget.
