Zero benefits. The work culture is not so great and there is no job security. It is very unorganised

There is no hierarchy for VM, also the higher management is not aware of this profile and what task needs to be done. Keeping a VM and not taking feedbacks for the betterment of the company and not discussing about the budget for promo/offers which needs to be displayed physically at the stores.
