About my dislike I would definitely include most bloody disgusting thing which still sometimes ring in my mind is I've heard saying my reporting manager in team huddle is "agar ek saccha Hindu ho to har waqt Hindu ka hi sath dena aur kisika nhi"(if you are a true Hindu,then always give company to a pure Hindu only) I don't have any idea how a good-minded people even say that in work place.I hope everyone should have disliked it if they were in my place....Read More

People are there to work minimally and long term. If you even came across the story of monkey and the crocodile then that’s the whole place with practically the same story.

Very unprofessional management Poor HR team like really very unprofessional Treats employees like school students Cafeteria run by company itself is not even licensed and is selling unhygienic food (Thai street food like fried cockroaches) even after complaint management has no proper action very unprofessional (charging some fewrupees extra too on MRP products) Admin department the very unprofessional persons are there just because they do job like a CCTV. No defined KRA, in-fact people working for years don’t have any clue what they’re core working over. Head of each departments are so uneducated and such a pathetic people plus wanna be womanisers Top level management wants to do micro management at an extent that they control employees outside office too in-fact they do monitor your social activities like what you posted on your Instagram or whether you’re meeting anyone from office outside office hours (hell toxic!!). Policies and rules keeps changing as per companies benefit irrespective of what employees will go through. Tenure or retention period is so f@#ked up like if you don’t count people like department head then hardly 1 or 2 years it’ll be. Working hours will be counted if you’re late and if you overtime then HR will tell you ‘beta it counts as learning part’ seriously like every day 2-3 f@#king extra hours. They hire telling you a Mon-Sat job then call you to come and work at office even on Sundays. Even some department head call their team on Sunday just to show top level management that their team is available 24x7 (fat asslickers). PIP it’s the policy there introduced to you when you’re getting under plotted resignation trap. It is so much common there in-fact an all time mantra. Top level management is so biased and like they claim it’s all okay to be in business casuals but when they find you in it they’ll give pip on the basis saying “if there will be any investors meeting then in this state you will do the meeting” like who the F##k I’m for investors.
