Dislikes

The only thing I like about good and sweet is that the office was near my home.
Dislikes
1. This is an organisation with which revolves around certain people so a new comer cannot grow in this organisation.
2. There is no hierarchy system, a person working here from 5 years is also an executive and a new comer is also an executive.
3. The HR team is not as effective as it should be in terms of hiring as well as in terms of managing the overall work.
The capability of HR department in recognising the talent and knowledge is lacking and they hire people for a particular position just based on one language which is English.
4. There are constant change in the policies which revolves around only in benefit in the organisation and one individual that's no benefit I working in this organisation.
5. There is a lack of enthusiasm and trying different things being a startup diphtheria changes and work on a particular model and all the the authority is in the hand of the CEO. The so get involved in all the decision making from hiring two firing to department change to any other thing. The HR does not have any authority so do the managers of different.
6. We have many different departments from marketing to business development but none of the department have any manager, also the CU of this organisation expect the manager to do what the executives are doing instead of managing the process we have assistant manager here and the title of manager is acquired by the see you itself.
7. Experience and talent doesn't matter in this organisation ever told before there are few people who holds opposition and they do not want anyone to grow.
8. The CEO of the organisation listens to everyone who is holding the position and is also convinced by what they are saying instead of going to the facts.
9. There are several processes here which can be done in a smart way like documentation and making reports which can be obtained buy one click but done manually.

Waste of time they give you false promises make you do the work by promising your position and don't provide you with that, their department are run without a manager, the BD team is the biggest and it does not have a manager. In 1 yr 10 manager changed.
