Not a workable company. Management itself don't know what to say to employees and put the ball in ceo's court .. Female centric company. Male employees and not entertained or provided growth. If they ask for some growth or demand growth as per their work ,they are shown the way out of the company. Not even allowed to serve NP. Simply Pathetic company to work. A bunch of shopkeepers making fool and playing with careers of most of the youth. Just need people to pick the calls and listen to customers abuse for the fault which company intentionally do. Not a employee centric company. Hr intervention in operation is too much. Single Hr person who sits at entry gate and poke for each thing. The COO calls only girls in his cabin and don't even meet male employees. False promises are made to male employees especially and on reminding the promise on the timeline given, shown way out of the company without any prior notice or serving notice. No standard policies. Keeps on fluctuating as per CEO or COO. Don't be shocked if you are fired out for no reason even if you are tenured employee....Read More

A puppet to pick calls of customers . Tell 100 of lies just to convince customer that their money are in safe hands. Delivery timeline while ordering is 3 weeks which after payment from customer shifts to 3-6months .Then your role
