Teammates: who are smoking with manager that people only getting good salary. so some teammates are started smoking. Some team mates doing manager's personnal work (Non smoking managers) and getting promotions. Training: No training for site visit. management rejected for site engineering. Career growth: zero, once you joined in wood chennai office. travel: all cost cutting politics: More politics. who are all do manager's personal work they only lead the project and good hike and promotions. learning: zero work environ: worst. Poor work ethics. Worst lead engineers from the industry. Unsupportive team. Threatening work environment. Unprofessional behaviour from lead level people. There are good people as well but the these unprofessional, greedy, arrogant, illiterate people making bad image of the Wood Group in the market.

Micro managment, no work life balance, no job security, manager, assistant manager, SME thinks they are like God, only conspiracy and gossiping work they have, no support in work, Always poke, no guidelines for work, no overtime but will force to work overtime. No humor of talking, mentally harrasment and ego satisfaction is the prime duty of the seniors.
