No appraisals for new joiners without reference, appraisal is given on preferacne only to the old employees and those referred by the old employees. Salary structure is very poor, wood accounts deposits a different salary every month, difference is between 3000 to 10000 every month.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
