all the mid and junior teams are really talented but there is no respect for them.

Worst work culture and ethics. specially when the MD is totally a dictator and bias only towards his close people who just agree to him. all the heads are totally relaxed and in their comfort zone. there is zero work satisfaction. Please do not join because of the brand name.
