The only concern being, that every one working in the fashion of an Individual contributor There is always a peer pressure in terms of performance in the organisation on monthly basis, in terms of the count of offers getting generated per month To become a lead or account manager it takes more than 4 - 5 years irrespective of how amazing the recruiter is.
