everything is easy going.. all depending on students' wish.. most of the time in my tenure students not attended classes.. management failed to convince the students due to previling namtional problems

all actions are procedure based ..creating lot of papers for work done. there wont be ratification if something management wrongly executed. no knowledgeable people are in management.. just execute the work..

Students and Dept both are highly supportive and Ethiopian people have lot of respect on Indian teachers and their hospitality is really very nice. THE BEST THING IN ETHIOPIA IS PURE COFFEE.

Dislikes

For each and every thing only self initiation and prevention nature. Recovery is almost NULL or not possible.

No one is properly assessing the expatriates for career growth. Salary is not exactly or correctly fixed as per qualification. Experience and exposures.

Such a good administration and will get importance if we work sincerely and hardworking.

Dislikes

I didn’t find any working difficulties but food and accommodations only drawback in that place. Otherwise it’s good place to work.
