No any decided/written Standard guideline for work, every thing is based on person memory. almost all work is man based, not process based. unnecessary complexity created in work. and management didn't willing to resolve it.

After 3 year working as a full time job , but still company not promotions my post, and that's the not genuinely right . I am daily working 9 to 10 hr in field at mining location and provide service to customer and try to on road vehicle as soon as possible. Company need to be improve this type of issue.

Its very far from the main indore city. Company has buses running at fixed hours of the day. If you miss them, you’ll struggle reaching the company. The people have a blinkered view of about everything. They think that they work in the best company and under best environment. the whole environment will make you remember your school days.
