There is nothing to like. Managers in Stripe names VIKAS AHUJA, DEEPANJALI SINGH, HR-KARTIKAY are the worst people I have ever seen. They don't know what are the rules outlined for their own employees. HR is like uneducated, he don't have any answer to any of ur question he says, plz connect with operations team.
Never recommend anyone to join. Manager specially in Stripe are worst of all. If u r thinking to leave the organization by compensating, they don't have that policy. WORST CULTURE, CHATUGIRI!

There is one HR in Pune, Maharashtra which make fun of candidates. Her name is SUFIA KHAN and she makes fake promises and tell candidates "congratulations, you are selected and please share your documents over mail" and when I share the documents she disappears for around 15 days and then I call the person who took the interview from anonymous number then he tells we have already asked the HR to hold the application. This kind of culture is not expected by the company like WNS. If you don't want to go ahead with the candidate then tell them and don't make fake promises and hopes. This is so Unprofessional Mrs. SUFIA KHAN. Please don't do this again with other candidate. The person feel so heart broken.
