There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. There is a huge space for indoor games like carrom, table tennis, flying soccer. However you will never get time to play any of those due to excessive work pressure.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is negligible, career growth is as slow as movement of snail. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. Also they will change your designtion (just for name sake) but there will be no change in your band and compensation but they will change your notice period from 2 months to 3 Months without any prior intimation. It was a mess. Huge work pressure. No work life balance. Even have to work on weekends at times but there was no provision for comp-off and there was no compensation benefits as well. They exploit their employees in every possible way.

Working with WNS global services is the most terrible experience at all. Team leads are very wise in term of their seniors referred employees, they bond you for 18 months so you can not leave the organization and they won't appraise you during you bond if you get any better opportunity you have to pay 1.5 lakhs to get ur experience letter. There is no office outing no party even they give your diwali gift after deducting from your salary. Politics is every were it depends on how skillful or understanding you upper management is but they are wised too. The company is management centric not even client centric, if your love one do the blunders they will not get any warning but if you do a little mistake you will be on PIP (performance improvement program) so you will get disrespect in front of your colleagues....Read More

WNS has a set of procedures for every process ..and it has a practice thay anybody can adopt easily on the other hand there is not so much of control where you can plan things as per your convenience , but truly a good platform for freshers to start with as the exposure in good and standard set of protocol are implemented slightly conservative on the salary part but i will say good to start your career with....Read More
