It was great experience to be part of WNS company but work culture is not good & those who have financial issues at home ,can try this company and plz those who are graduate ,don't even join this company.career and job security definitely not there in wns at all and they don't treat employees as employees ,they want to work more but salary they give less which is not at all satisfaction. Trust me guys when your in critical situation ( health issues) wns manager won't even understand and give hoildays after submitting documents. They terminatined me and asked me to submit the system during covid19. My frnds are working for almost 5 + years they are getting 18k per month. I worked there for 1 year and got terminatined for asking hoildays and to get my experience I need to 34k itseems for 2 month's notice period. I hate the management to the core and managers as well During covid situation ,they asked some of guys to come office or else termination letter will get. Guys final information -dont even think that is quality analyst position It's just name sake. It's not quality analyst position which you guys are thinking. No proper infrastructure development, no photos to click inside the campus and even managers are using basic mobiles In that only you guys understand and wake up Don't join until unless you guys are facing financial issues at home Thank you...Read More

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.
