Environmental and the work culture is really good. No overtime and less pressure..had no problem in getting leaves in need. Nice cafeteria and good recreational activities...

Dislikes

They don’t care about tenured employees and their loyalty towards the organisation... no growth even if you give your best. Growth is possible on the basis of personal relation with the supervisor.Also the salary increment per year is very minimal. Rest, the organisation has a good environment to work with.

My work was cool... I enjoyed my work at Wns.. I was into recruitment’s so I had flexible timings...no log in and log off .. I can come back home once wrk gets over.. good colleagues and my profile was really a wonderful n respectful one.
