They do not actually care how the quality affects business, despite of sharing the data with them they remain statuette as long as salary is coming in management’s account. So if you love your salary the most you can simply close your eyes and wait for other to be transferred 😕

Dislikes

The management people just careful about their own favourites, rest do not exist for them. Most of the people sitting at above levels, hardly even know how to sum to values in excel, but they have excellent skillsets of how to “Please” their managers and that’s absolutely fine at least they know how they can survive! Rest I would least work for even a single day here, in case I get another opportunity. WNS is Toxic!
