Those who look for any job security should avoid getting hired in this company. You will work without pay and there is no professionalism in the people who are in the management. Due to continuous negative reviews of the employees and the worsening working culture, the company is aboutto dissolve and set to come up with a new name. Yes, I have been working here only because I was in a big financial crisis and couldn't afford to lose my 3-4month salary at any cost. Many employees resigned so far and even after 1-2 years, they aren't paid. The owner Jasdeep Malhotra lives in Canada and made Priyanka Nayal Bisht the Chief Operating Officer of the company who hardly knows about the management of the business or the employees. Since she became the HR executive, the work culture started getting worst and now after becoming COO, the company's and its employees' situation is more than worst. If you see anyone in the management by these mentioned names, or Saman Zehra as the HR recruiter, or Ravi as the so-called accountant (who is more like the personal Attendant or assistant of the CEO), then either avoid getting hired in the company or do your job without any expectation of getting remuneration for your service....Read More
