Too much politics and favouritism. management especially directors treat their employees like servants. Tl and pm are cheap and inexperienced especially in php they don't know how to write or even communicate properly and don't have knowledge of their work all their work is done by other employees then also they go against them and prove them wrong and take all the credit on themselves. HR manager is always ready to handover resignation letter involve in personal fights pass personal comments and hate speech and does no work except roam here and there only. No bonus. I Felt no dislike about company as the management take cares of each and every employee and provide good facilities to every one. By all these plus point of the company i never felt that there is a reason to dislike Wizebrains.
