There are many things i like working here, mentioning few here. 1. Work culture is the best. You always feel like a vip here because the kind of treatment you get from your senior management and clients. 2. Flat hierarchy so it is very easy to reach to anyone in the company without any hesitations. 3. Believe me if you are dedicated, passionate and proactive then definitely you will be rewarded here. 4. I work at Wissen Bangalore office as Principal Architect/Tech Lead. I love working at Wissen Technology because projects are challenging and people are good. Projects use latest open source tech stacks. The senior leadership at Wissen is very active employee friendly. In fact Wissen Technology was one of the very few companies in the world to do performance appraisals in 2020 and give respectable raises to employees to acknowledge their hard work during the pandemic....Read More

Due to the pandemic the team building activities have been limited and virtual. Management needs to slowly start that again.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
