I don't like anything in wishfin they treat employees like a slave every day they change their policies hr managers and so-called group leader are r like idiots who fool you every day every time and if I m talking about incentives if your incentives are 2k your penalty is 5k all are fraud and also doing fraud with customers with fake promises don't go for the job otherwise your career is spoil try another organisation who pay for your hard work...Read More

Mywish marketplace pvt Ltd is not a safe company because govt. Order do not cut salary in covid-19 and all Aro work from home to regular office time 9.30 am to 6.30 PM above but monthly salary is 4000 and manager is parveen sir he ask a full salary credit in your account and he also ask you take rest few time do not take tension your salary is safe and full salary credit but in last moment credit salary in my 4000 and misbehave with me parveen and kajal (TL)...Read More

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Very Good Organization to learn to groom yourself, Team Managers are very supportive, always keep motivate yourself to move ahead. Management is also very good.

Wishfin is the India's no 1 online portal of financial product, and i am feeling it's very reputed job for me and as we know the financial sector have a massive growth in India that's why working with wishfin is great, but this company is not only have best product but also have a culter of discipline, reward and have very good friendly environment.

They are not giving a single leave in a month even when we have urgent requirement and they are not paying us over time.
