I don't like anything in wishfin they treat employees like a slave every day they change their policies hr managers and so-called group leader are r like idiots who fool you every day every time and if I m talking about incentives if your incentives are 2k your penalty is 5k all are fraud and also doing fraud with customers with fake promises don't go for the job otherwise your career is spoil try another organisation who pay for your hard work...Read More

That place is like hell they don't have trainers and if your joining in credit card department prepare your self you are going to make the biggest mistake of life managers vp all are fake specially manager mr sinha he is not a good person so please don't join wishfin credit card department they don't have data wishfin is not fintech company wishfin is like d.s.a

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Very Good Organization to learn to groom yourself, Team Managers are very supportive, always keep motivate yourself to move ahead. Management is also very good.

Basically main thing is the timing you can't manage work life balance here. Otherwise don't have any other issues.
