I have substantial reservations about WiseChamps Company across several critical aspects that greatly affect one's career and job satisfaction. It lacks inclusivity and a sense of camaraderie among colleagues, which makes the workplace environment feel tense and unwelcoming. Work satisfaction is another major concern. The company often fails to recognize and reward employees for their hard work and dedication, leading to a lack of motivation and job satisfaction among the staff. Work-life balance is virtually non-existent at WiseChamps. The demanding work hours and expectations make it challenging to maintain a healthy balance between work and personal life, which can be detrimental to one's overall well-being. Job security is a constant source of worry for employees at WiseChamps. The company has a history of layoffs and restructuring, creating an unstable and uncertain work environment. Skill development and learning opportunities are limited within the company. Two months back my son taken wisechamp classes it was wonderful experience. Teachers are very cooperative superb thing is that when sometimes my son was not available to take class recorded session videos were available there and in revision session teacher also clear his doubts.
