We can get chance to learn from scrap to finishing work that means you will be the owner of your project almost in all stages.So at your starting career this company is best to join.

Dislikes

HR & Management is not good as some best employees they lose due to the poor management. Also finger counting people's do the politics rest all are going people they will always support you for learning new things. Owner is a very good person as he has ability to make it a big organisation but due to poor management work and rest all is good.
