HR & Management is not good as some best employees they lose due to the poor management. Also finger counting people's do the politics rest all are going people they will always support you for learning new things. Owner is a very good person as he has ability to make it a big organisation but due to poor management work and rest all is good.

Some management people is not good, they can take better decision because they have the ability and resources to be a best in there sector.
