1. Working culture is very bad, managers have there some favourite employees on which they will focus more. 2. They dont value your MBA degree. 3. Some of the BBA graduates have more salary than MBA. 4. There is no salary distinguish between graduates and post graduates. 5. They will tell your CTC = 5.5 Lpa but in hand is only 21,000 and yes some of the BBA graduate fresher employee may have higher salary than yours. 6. Please refrain from going to this company. They are insurance agents selling only insurance product. Only 3-4 people are running the company, dont go to this company they will keep your salary on hold, and then terminate. Narrow mindset, TL Tripti will ask for self resignation and warn that if employee don’t do they will terminate.My salary is still on hold, they will not give you full offer letter, after joining they will ask to sign so that employee can’t go. Personal experience This is the worst company. Please don't go with the good reviews. They are all fabricated. As soon as they hire someone they forcefully take reviews from them and it is quite obvious they had to rate them good only to later on discover how they ruin their lives. They have ruined lives of so much MBA graduates from good families and good colleges. They talk about ethics and culture but they have none. They are cruel, worst people. Although the role of management trainee includes hardcore sales it is very cleverly and diplomatically mentioned in the job description. If you fail to bring business and clients in a short period (when I say short, it is immensely short) you will be kicked out or forced to resign. I believe graduates should think numerous times before applying here. You will get caught up very badly as you will invest a lot in terms of time, effort, and money and once you will have to leave the company in a couple of days or months without any experience letter, it will all go down the drain and you will have nowhere to go and you will find ways to cover that gap year like many of us are doing right now. If they hire 15 management trainees only one will be able to sustain for a year and that is also dicey for that one person. They hired around 12 people in the year 2022 from the University of Delhi and some other prestige institutions and all of them left in around 2 months. Some Management Trainees leave during the Training period itself which is only for 1 week and then they expect you to think out of the box and do sales. They have a very poor employee turnover ratio, very poor. They will cut down your salary if you even arrive 1 minute late for a couple of days in a week.
