Great work life balance, literally the best in the industry.

Dislikes

Compensation and benefits. Promotion cycle is too long and salaries aren't corrected.

Likes

Decent work culture, lot of internal movement/role change possible. Pay is on the lower side which is to be expected from an SI company

Dislikes

Skill development mostly based on luck- sometimes you get good learning experiences and sometimes you can be stuck for years without much
