Did not permanent or promotion becose of not given enough opportunity for promotion , 3years trainning period time is very long 1year or 2 years is okey ,very low salary and Not enough salary increment is given , When you I'll completing 3years traing period after promotion is question mark (?) ,But why ask for 'after 3years you arecomplete training period we are giving a promotion ' joining time ?...Read More

Company is Wipro 3D Salary - Terrible salaries, no salary growth over multiple years (increments match inflation), no financial appreciation of extreme amounts of hard work Timings - Strict timings, no flexibility, have to work from 9 AM to 6:30 PM minimum or till whatever time it takes to finish projects, even overnight and on weekends including Sundays continuously for months without any benefits. Only entry time matters to HR and management, leaving time does not matter. No overtime pay. Terrible facility - Toilets not cleaned properly for years, toilets not working half the time, vending machine has issues No travel benefits - No refunds on cabs to and from office, even during covid lockdowns Hardware - They dont even provide proper hardware like desktops or powerful laptops to do use complex software and carry out time consuming and complex work, even after asking for months <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> Work Environment - Very stressful and too much pressure and expectation all the time</mark>. Extreme imbalance in amount of work put on one person compared to other people. One person has to do multiple roles and even other people's jobs for them. There is no work pressure, easy work. Every Sunday OT available with comp off, this only for paint shop department, other department some times OT will be provided. My advice, don't work more then 1 years becose it's waste of time.

Dislikes

In working environment safety is 40% becose it is hydraulic manufacturing company there is a chance to fall. No PF, No insurance and other benefits.
