Literally everything. They will deduct your salary in the name of cost cutting. Your managers will as you to work overtime without pay. You have to keep buttering your Leadership team for promotion. I've seen people working for 12 years without zero promotion and they were more than worthy of the promotion....Read More

As far as I have seen in Wipro if you can obey the policy and work properly within the schedule your job is fixed. Full AC rooms, Coffee machine, both way cabs facility either pickup or drop. Annual Leaves, PF and sick leave provided.

Dislikes

In the process I am in the timings are not flexible. It is always rotational, impacting my health for its mostly night shifts. Only 5 sick leaves in a year. No increment in salary within two years. There are chances of promotion due to bad management and politics. No training was givento joining associate level for skill enhancement regarding promotions. Management targets employees who speak for their rights and do constant monitoring to send warnings. 3 repetitive warnings and you are out of wipro permanently....Read More

I was at KDC so can say about that: You will have more or less a chilled life as because job risk is less, Mostly all the managers and team members are like a family, If you are in a easy project you can take leaves without hesitation,

UUUFFFF Many: No proper management, if in bench no salary after 45 days! No upgradation of skill, medium to good politics, limited onsite opportunities while managers say lies about sending onsite while taking interview so beaware, Cheap mentality for giving payouts
