No exposure or visibility if employee is not very social but good in work, nill appreciation. Nil appraisals. Bringing the salary stack lower and lower every going year High position without any increment. 1) You can learn many things in a project according to your capability and if manager allows you. 2) Management will push you time to time to complete some trainings.

1) Manager will not leave you immediately once you tagged in the project if your skills mismatch also.. they will bound you to work according to the project requirements. 2) If we Compare to other IT companies Wipro pays less salary to employees and forced them to work from office. 3) There is no work life balance in Wipro because many times they will force you to work on weekends and on holidays as well....Read More
