I joined Winzo 4 year back and have seen the company constantly evolving and scaling new heights. The innovation- centric culture is what still keeps me motivated. We're always diving into cutting edge technologies and building high quality solutions. It's a demanding environment but you get to learn a lot and work with the brightest minds of gaming industry.

Dislikes

Constant performance pressure but you will get used to it

In my role at this company , I have refined my core ability to effectively juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines. The work environment offer a sense od support , providing me with the opportunity to engage with innovative Technology. The company places a high value on new talent and provides enough opportunities for professional development

Dislikes

It's a smaill team with high visibility so feedback is delivered directly which may be challenging for those not used to this appraoch

Likes

Ownership on projects, Flat Hierarchy and extra ordinary team. Every person has to take end to end responsibility and drive tasks. WinZO is very fast paced organization and the new avenues keep coming in. Hence lot of learning opportunities. They truly believe in solving via tech and making the products/games for the world.

Dislikes

Work life balance sometimes can be challenging as WinZO's platform is catering to global audience. Also, the quick pace requires extra efforts to be made from everyone's end.

Growing exponentially in WinZO as i get to work on multiple projects at once There is always something new to learn and the team is lean peers are from great campuses, we not only work but we discuss ideas lot of technologies are patenteds

its a complete work from office role and flexible with maximum overlap with the timings

Being here has allowed me to pursue my passion for gaming and AI. The exposure I got has been really helpful and the growth-focused environment has pushed me to improve and build more skills. I have met many talented people and it's always fun collaborating with them.

We have a complete work-from-office policy. I wish there was a hybrid working option

I have had the privilege of working for this company for 3 years and continue to progress within the organization. The work environment is very supportive and allows for creative freedom. Moreover the technology stack is of the highest quality and we have complete ownership of our project from start to finish.This allows me to innovate

I am not sure when the transport facility will be provided. Rest all is good

I world say WinZo is the best place for new employees .The people working here for a decent time are very ex[experienced and well- qualified . I learned a lot from them also the company has an excellent reputation in the market. WinZo makes profit and has never has month where it made less money or had to let people go since it started.

Meeting rooms are not sufficient

The quality of work is excellent. I have gained board experience and deep insights into the business. At times there are pressures but it's a part of our job and overall manageable

Dislikes

Need to handle multiple tasks simultaneously to hit our targets. It might not be for everyone, but it helped me learn new skills beyond my job role
