i) The good part is it is an employee-oriented company. The company will go to any extent to support employees in case of a medical emergency. ii) There is no partiality b/w On rolls & Off Rolls. Mgt decisions & policies are transparent and there is no room for manipulation/ fraud. iii) Will get an opportunity to learn & there will not be any boundaries.

Dislikes

i) It is one man-driven company. Unlike other companies not driven by an organization with policies/Company Goals & Vision. ii) Growth & Promotion are very very slow for experienced employees. Priority only will be given to Mgt trainees. iii) There are no std SOP's. And most of the time sucks in doing activities are manual/duplications of work. There is no value addition. iv) There is no hierarchy level & no people connect....Read More

ACT not given be chance to move to other department and i lost my job in Pandemic period . i use to handle enterprise Credits and Collection. in that Pandemic time all the Corporates and small sector companies been closed and taken work from home and i was very difficult for to retain the customer and also to 100% collections. my performance went down and my explanation was not enough to management in regards to connection lose. there is not alternate option we found. i tried my best but couldn't make it. i lost my job. this is only reason but company is very good because CEO does not know the deep pain and situation of one employee. its ok. that's my bad luck....Read More

Worst hr department If you fresher or experience don't go for the interview they interview for just time pass and i went to this company and crack the interview of act fiber net. Hr intimated me after documentation we discuss salary she intimated that they will provide 12k by hand I have 2years experience with CSA role. I negotiated with hr then she offered me 20k by hand and i accept the offer but again she called and said sorry management is not agree with package and they will provide you 17k by hand and that to i accept it. I didn't get any offer letter the joining date has arrived I called her and she said sorry hr department is not ok with your package we will offer only 14k by hand which is my previous company CTC in vizag.
