The bond period they impose is excessively long, even for freshers. The leave policy is inadequate, and getting approval for personal leave is extremely difficult. Additionally, they enforce strict time tracking and expect employees to be constantly available on Zoom calls.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
