I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. Company is good.but too much of politics and if usa manager says any wrong think also you have to listern and follow that. They don't give any support .

Dislikes

Few managers are worst. And few departments are like don't spoil your life in that department. You will get some mental problem so much of pressure and no job security and more over problem of castism

People from opex team never understand that requirement of operation team they had built base less and unwanted tool in company.
