In William hare all of the employees working in more than 5 to 6 years so they did not give respect for new employees and if you joining in contract basis they did not provide experience certificate at the time of reliving if you are ask the hr persons will behave very rudely.

Only downside is your growth, because there are many employees who are working here for many years. And they won't go out. So your designation will not change. And salary is average only. For skilled they won't raise the salary. Everyone is same.

William hare we will learn many things. like a Huge Ton of jobs, Tekla Modelers always full busy with tight schedule.i have feel like that. salary is good only. after you got a william hare offer letter, don't compare others salary.
