It's important to emphasize that our leave policies comply with the guidelines set by the Uttar Pradesh government, encompassing various categories such as earned leaves, sick leave, casual leave, special leave, maternity, and paternity leaves, in alignment with government regulations. It's noteworthy that this is the first instance where questions have been raised about our company culture, which has always prioritized being a humane-first organization. Terminations are exceedingly rare within our company, typically occurring only in cases of dual employment (moonlighting). Many of our team members have devoted over 15 years to our organization, contributing significantly to the longevity of our workforce, a matter of immense pride for us.
