Excelent! Very familier working envoirnment, people are supportive, no work load, yearly trip, leave policy, end of the month celebration, etc. Overall experience was superb👍

Dislikes

Only one think that i dislike the most is-no leaves for muslim candidates on their festivals.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety

Not much support. First, they started cutting salaries randomly without informing and then started firing people giving them no time or notice period. The company's business is shrinking this is the official statement of HR who is an old friend of the owner. They have started closing certain departments.

Dislikes

Work culture is quite bad. Either be like a faithful puppet to the owners or they would send you out.No professional way is there to have a word with employees. The owners would call you to the cabin and then would let the doors open and would shout like anything so that everyone in the office listens to that. This is their way of creating fear in the mind of other employees. Only those who have family or friendly relations with the owners are in top position or you have to be a puppet in their hand.
