Excelent! Very familier working envoirnment, people are supportive, no work load, yearly trip, leave policy, end of the month celebration, etc. Overall experience was superb👍

Only one think that i dislike the most is-no leaves for muslim candidates on their festivals.

Not much support. First, they started cutting salaries randomly without informing and then started firing people giving them no time or notice period. The company's business is shrinking this is the official statement of HR who is an old friend of the owner. They have started closing certain departments.

Dislikes

Work culture is quite bad. Either be like a faithful puppet to the owners or they would send you out.No professional way is there to have a word with employees. The owners would call you to the cabin and then would let the doors open and would shout like anything so that everyone in the office listens to that. This is their way of creating fear in the mind of other employees. Only those who have family or friendly relations with the owners are in top position or you have to be a puppet in their hand. One of the optical department head things he is the owner of the company and talks rudely with all. He also troubles his female subordinates.
