This is by far, the worst company I ever for. Deep rooted politics , favouritism and partiality is rampant. Random people have reached high positions just because of contacts. The work culture is depressing . The company lacks vision which is why they are still unknown inspite of being in existence for 18+ years which is ironically hilarious. They prefer vulnerable candidates so they don't pursue opportunities elsewhere. Be a loyal dog and they will keep you and treat you like one.
