This is by far, the worst company I ever for. Deep rooted politics , favouritism and partiality is rampant. Random people have reached high positions just because of contacts. The work culture is depressing . The company lacks vision which is why they are still unknown inspite of being in existence for 18+ years which is ironically hilarious. They prefer vulnerable candidates so they don't pursue opportunities elsewhere. Be a loyal dog and they will keep you and treat you like one. Work-life balance is non existent and no option to work from home.HR team is stuck up and arrogant too. I am super duper happy I don't work there anymore....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
