Top level Management is very good and they will listen to everyone; if a suggestion/request comes from even non-technical low-level employees. Very down to earth personalities. Team outing,Sports and cultural activities are good

Dislikes

Too much politics. Some of the managers don't assign work uniformly and also they don't let others to work in a free environment. As politics are common in the software industry in this case a little bit high. Learning new things is very difficult as there is no time or support from your immediate superiors.

They don't ask their employees about their workplace difficulties directly. Most of the times they will look for temporary solutions for bug fixing.Top brass don't have time to manage all issues as they frequently travel between two countries and two cities in india so they completely depends on handful of people to run the company. Hope everyone understand what I mean.

Worst thing about this company would be work culture and employee benefits. There is Too much of work pressure even though you are an underpaid Trainee software engineer.

Work Details

Work would be hectic throughout the year and the employer would make sure that there is no free time for yourself. There would be fast growth, but once you have learnt it all, then onwards tasks gets damn boring since its just a repeatation of things.
