I like the freedom given to the employee, when it comes to choosing design and technologies. They have some amazing payment products to learn and understand the domain.

I feel that the compensation are the worst part, they are not even close to market standards. The management has to talk to employees more and understand them better. Very conservative management, when it comes to rewards and recognitions. Most of the times they fail to recognize people's effort, and they are more concerned about the status and deliverables. Culturally they are not the best company to work with, as they focus only the ability to deliver some ridiculous expectations. There is a lot of unnecessary pressure that'll be put on you for deliveries. Technically the products are way behind the current market. And there's a huge pressure to catch up.
