The only positive is the location. Located at the heart of the city, it has good connectivity and is close to food joints

Dislikes

Sorry excuse of a company. The only thing that matters is how well you push responsibilities to others. There are no healthy conversations or discussions anywhere and people are constantly back biting. The management is extremely uninspiring and very dictatorial. If you are in a senior position, rest assured you will only be expected to follow politics and not do anything that is actually needed. The decisions are taken by a few old timers (without even validating them) and the rest are expected to blindly comply. Engineering is extremely weak and no focus/support is given to good practices. No freedom to suggest or try out standard practices. Your role will be limited only to answer questions from various teams and will not have any personal learning. Do not join even if you don't have a job. Else you will end up losing the skills you have as there will not be any opportunities to hone them....Read More
