Given every single authority to their senior manager. Senior manager lacks knowledge about everything. Company doesn't give you any recognition of your work since the senior manager has stolen your credits for work. And company doesn't care about what you have achieved. Only my coworkers are good. Zero support from management and managers, all efforts and performance of employees are neglected.

Dislikes

Everything is terrible. All departments doesn't support, I don't even get the experience letter after 2months of resignation, no documentation on joining and exiting.

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
