After the acquisition of Byju the company and the employees are under invisible threat. Policies and the company management behaviour are not at all aligned the policy states total the opposite of the management behaviour. unclear vision. dissatisfied employee. unhappy customers company with lot of debt and over funding. Whitehat Jr used to be a great company to work with before byjus's acquisition. I have seen people getting promotions completely based on their skills and performance (Meritocracy), but eventually, everything came to a halt after the acquisition.

In whitehat jr, people were shifted to different dept without prior notice and made to work in a department which required different skill sets. As Einstein said, "Everybody is a genius, but you cannot judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid." Apart from this if you talk about pressure and work-life balance then I would say it was normal like any other company nowadays. Work culture was good for some departments and for some it was horrible, it was totally dependent on their leaders. For me, it was always good, because my leaders were really supportive and understanding. Lastly, about job security, I would say that job is not secured in any private companies nowadays. But whitehat jr was extreme in laying off the employees out of nowhere. And the worst part is that the layoffs were based on their salary range, not on their performance. Many good performers lost their job at a time when jobs in the market are in scarcity. Try to understand the point here, they were moved into different departments then they were judged based on their salary range and then laid off. And because of this strategy, many lost their jobs. PS: If you are thinking of joining whitehat jr now, then take my suggestion and don't join. Look for a better opportunity. Now there's nothing left in the company....Read More

I love whitehat jr. Teachers are given excellent support in all form. Whitehat jr is the best company which provides fair salary to the teachers. They do support us with webinar's on managing stress, money and they do support us with language training. Teachers can work from home on their comfortable time. Team is absolutely humble and polite.

As I said before I love whitehat jr. If you do your job, you will be safe. We(whitehat) miss only one thing, providing teachers with permanent salary and increment. I hope soon this will be implemented.

It's permanent work from home, for womens it's really good as they can manage both home and job aswell. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent.
