Before Mr Karan Bajaj left, I liked everything about how the company manages everything and the operations go on. Training and development for the teachers are wonderfully conducted. Great opportunities are there to upskill and improve your skills.

After Mr Karan Bajaj left, the company became pretty aggressive about getting the students. The teachers' job was made difficult.

I like the flexibility about this company. You can chose your own shifts (night or day or even both) accordingly. The best part is you get work from home facility so you are employed but at the same time you take care of your family members. All the teachers, technical team and even the management are very polite and helpful.

Dislikes

As such I can't see any cons here since before any cons occurs the company itself is updating themselves to make the employees comfortable.

Work life is awesome. All the teams are working 24 *7 so whether you are in day or night shifts you are always getting help and support. All the employees are helping each other and there is no such politics that usually happens in other companies.

The job is quite interesting as you have to instruct the kids. They also provide us trainings as well and earn many certificates as well.I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within same team.

My work is slightly challenging as everyhour a new student a new challenge to make the students learn with fun ,keeping them engaged and interesting sessions for them ,but i do manage it so well, thanks to God and team Whitehat jr.
