Nothing. Literally nothing. They will hire you and make you leave your current job without telling you the worst condition they have before confirming your employment. Right after you join them, they will let you know that there is going to be a hefty amount of target that you have to achieve before they actually let you be on the floor. After wasting almost 10 days, they will start assigning you dead leads which are so bad and worse that you can't imagine. These are the customers that have been called, bombarded with messages and almost mentally harrassed every single day previously for months to purchase a package anyhow. These are the customers who are already outraged by the rigorous calling that is being done day and night to either purchase a package or upgrade. Again, they will make you call these parents day and night for almost 10-15 days to achieve that so-called target. If you fail to achieve it after working day and night crazily, your employment is over. They will terminate you without even considering the amount of hard-work you put. They wdn't give it a thought that none of their employees who are already working live and getting thousands and lacs of incentives were unable to convert those parents and will expect you to give them business from the parents who are pissed and annoyed like hell because of unethical calling....Read More

Everything except the salary structure. They will make you resign and would ask you to not apply for any other job within next 15-20 days after joining them. And then, if you fail to achieve their assigned targets with the worst dead leads ever, they will terminate you. And yeah, you are jobless. Also, they have a strict big No-No rehire policy as well.

Nothing to like except getting salary on time, the payscale is good but worst management and worst work life balance, they will just show that they have too many people and fire them in few days stating the employee was unable to meet the sales target. They hire in bulk and fire in bulk at the same time. Hardly 1 or 2 employees are able to meet their target on a weekly or monthly basis. They will make you work as they tend their employees to be their lifelong slave and will make them work for 15-18 hours a day. They deny to allow a leave and there is nothing called week off.
